Use the checklist

Scope a workplace mobile-service enquiry

A workplace service proposal needs clear logistics as well as an attractive description. Use this checklist before asking a provider about an employee service delivered at your premises.

Checklist

  1. Describe the location, approximate number of interested participants and suitable time windows. Avoid sharing employee details before you understand what information is needed and how it would be handled.

  2. Ask about space, access, power, facilities and appointment flow. Clarify who coordinates the visit and what happens if someone arrives late or cannot attend.

  3. Request a written explanation of charges, payment responsibilities and cancellation terms. Distinguish a preliminary enquiry from a confirmed service agreement and review any workplace requirements internally.

Questions and answers

What should a first enquiry include?

Give enough information to assess the setting and the type of service requested, then ask for the next steps. A provider's sales conversation does not establish that your employer has approved the arrangement or that individual employees have agreed to participate.
