  2. For dining, check the current service times, reservation process and menu information. Ask about essential dietary needs directly rather than inferring them from a sample menu.

  3. Compare the full cost and cancellation rules for each arrangement. Leave realistic time between travel, check-in and a meal, and keep all confirmations together.

Does a room booking reserve a table?
