Use the checklist

Prepare for a flower-arranging workshop

A floral workshop is easier to assess when you know the format and what you will take home. Use this question sheet before choosing an event or buying materials.

Checklist

  1. Ask what arrangement or technique is taught and whether the session is suitable for your experience. Clarify what flowers, tools and container are provided.

  2. Check the location, access, duration and any preparation requested. If a particular material or scent matters to you, raise the question directly rather than assuming every workshop uses the same selection.

  3. Confirm current costs and cancellation terms, and plan how to transport the finished arrangement. Follow the organiser's handling instructions during the session.

Questions and answers

Will my arrangement match the example photograph?

Materials and individual choices may vary. Ask what the example represents and which parts are fixed. A workshop can teach a process without guaranteeing an identical finished object for every participant.
